1. Information regarding the processing of your personal data
   1. The purpose of privacy notice is to provide information on how Olsikowa (“Olsikowa” or “we”) process your personal data in connection with your use of our Olsikowa website (the “Service”).
   2. We respect your privacy and duly protect the Personal Data we process about you. All processing of Personal Data is made in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”). The following describes how we collect, process and share your Personal Data.
2. What personal data will be processed?
   1. If you choose to use our Service, we will collect and process the personal data which you share with us and which are created when you use the Service, e.g. name, home address, phone number, email address, log data (such as IP address, browser version, time and date of your use of the Service and similar statistics) (your ”Personal Data”).
   2. As a general rule, we will collect the Personal Data from you directly, in order to provide you with access and allow you to use the Service.
3. What are the purposes of processing your personal data?
   1. The purposes of processing your Personal Data are e.g.:
      • to facilitate, provide you with access and allow your use of the Service;
      • to improve and further develop the Service; and
      • to anonymise your Personal Data pertaining to your use of our Service.

2. If any purpose entails automated decision-making including profiling, information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing, will be provided.

4. What are the legal bases for processing your personal data?

The processing of your Personal Data, for the purposes listed in Section 3.1 above, is necessary for the legitimate interest pursued by Olsikowa; to offer, facilitate and allow use of our Service. This means that we have carried out a balance of interest test where we have assessed that our interest, as a service provider, in processing your Personal Data for the purposes mentioned in Section 3.1 above outweighs the breach of privacy that you may be exposed to, taking into consideration that the processing activities can be reasonably expected by you as a user of the Service.
5. Who has access to your personal data?
   1. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or unlawful access, etc. The number of persons with access to your Personal Data is limited. Only individuals which need to process your Personal Data in accordance with the purposes above will have access to your Personal Data.
   2. We will not transfer your Personal Data to a country outside of EU/EEA.
6. For how long is your personal data stored?
   1. Your Personal Data will only be stored as long as the purpose for which it is processed exists and, consequently, as long as permitted or required under local law. This means that your Personal Data will be stored for as long as you are allowed to use the Service, after which your Personal Data will be deleted.
7. What are your rights?
   1. Olsikowa, reg. no. 910909 -9029, address Kistagången 20B, 164 40 Kista, Sweden, is the controller of the processing of your Personal Data. This means that we are responsible for your Personal Data being processed correctly and in accordance with applicable laws.
   2. You are entitled to know what Personal Data we are processing regarding you, and you can request a copy of such data. You are entitled to have incorrect Personal Data regarding you corrected, and in some cases you may request that we delete your Personal Data (if, for example, the Personal Data is no longer necessary in order to fulfil the employment agreement). You also have the right to object to certain processing of your Personal Data, and request that the processing of your Personal Data be limited. Please note that limitation or deletion of your Personal Data may result in us not being able to fulfil our obligations under the employment agreement. When applicable, you are also entitled to extract your Personal Data in a machine readable format and to transfer the Personal Data to another controller/employer.

7. Changes
   1. If any changes are made concerning the processing of your Personal Data, we will inform you by publishing an updated version of this privacy notice on this Revolt website, effective immediately when posted.
